2024/4/16、ランチは『セアブラノ神 伏見剛力』さんでございます。
最初は近くの二郎インスパイア『ラーメン○ 地○規模で考えら』に入ろうとしたのですが、近くにも二郎インスパイアがあるということなのでこちらの『セアブラノ神 伏見剛力』さんに訪店させていただきました。
今回いただきましたのはもちろん二郎的な『神二郎（950円）』です。
注文してから5分ほどで配膳で、先ずは私の一杯を見て、、、
すんげーーー！！！
なかなかグッドな一杯です！！！
確かに店名どおり『背油』がすごい！！！
そして野菜マウンテンをいただくと、、、
もやしレベルが高すぎます。
シャキシャキで、もやしのくさみ（水っぽさ）がないんです。
GOOD！GOOD！GOOD！
うんめーーー！！！
さらな麺をいたただくと、、、
なかなかゴツゴツした感じです。
スープとの相性もバッチリ！！！
さすが『棣卾（テイガク）』さんの麺ですね！！！
さらにスープは？？？
うんめーーー！！！
なんとも云えないニンニクのパンチのきいた味がGOOD！！！
たしかにちょっと背油多すぎるかもしれないけど、これはこれでクセになる味です！！！
豚骨が基本であとは魚介でバランスですかね！！！
なかなかバランスか取れたスープに感動！！！
