This store is a delight for Japanese sake lovers, as it has a collection of delicious sake from all over Japan. The menu is typical of Izakaya (Japanese-style bar), with items that go well with sake. What is unusual is the dashi soy sauce that comes with the sashimi. When I first saw it, I thought it was miso, but it's interesting because it has a modest amount of salt and the flavor of the soup stock. I like the rolled eggs as they are soft and thick. We also had wasabi-flavored edamame, conger eel tempura, and kakuni, all of which were delicious. Also, the sake stock changes depending on the season, and the current recommended brands are posted on the wall. I get the impression that they choose delicious food instead of cheap food. I tend to forget my impressions after drinking, but I would like to go again. Thank you for the meal.
