自家製紛石臼挽き十割蕎麦 蕎麦専門店
駅近くでありながら本格的粗挽き蕎麦、十割蕎麦をメインに営業しております。 |
入り口はなんか入りにくい雰囲気を醸し出してるけど、中はあったかい対応で良い感じ。
今回は盛りと鯖寿司一切れ。
蕎麦は十割蕎麦で粗挽。ボソボソ感はなく、良い感じですが、つけ汁が少し濃く感じます。私の好みはもう少しスッキリしたのがいいかな。醤油が多いのかな？
出汁で薄めたい。蕎麦湯で薄めても良いのかな？
鯖寿司は山椒の葉が入ってるかな。甘酢生姜を一緒に食べると美味しい。
蕎麦湯はドロドロ系。
夜に日本酒と肴で一杯やりたいな。
