My friend wanted to eat straw-grilled bonito, so I brought her with me (lol).My mother had the lunch menu, and Bell-san and my friend had a la carte (^-^) The straw-grilled bonito we were looking for was The quality was as expected ☆ After all, straw-grilled bonito that doesn't have enough fat is difficult to grill, so I thought it would be best if it was carefully grilled by a skilled owner (^^) There wasn't much time left. However, if you can go, please try it ( ´∀`)b The sashimi portion was excellent ☆, the saury fish was seasonal and slim, but the pasteurization was excellent, and the grilled matsutake mushrooms were fragrant, perfectly pasted, and very delicious ((( o(*゚∀゚*)o))) The selection of Japanese sake was also good, especially Sasaki Sake Brewery's Koigataki, which I really liked (^q^) This sake can only be found at Takemoto, a famous sake brewery in Rokujo, Kawaramachi. I visited Hatsuta-san for lunch in Nayacho, a town I wanted to go to before. This shop was opened about two years ago by a person who worked at Kyoto Kitcho for about 30 years. ☆Recently, I was watching the restaurant's Instagram a lot, and I was drawn to the conger eel Tempura bowl for lunch, so I really wanted to try it, so I decided to visit (lol). It's a chic, modern, brand new restaurant. ☆ Of course, the one I had was the conger Tempura bowl (^3^)/At the time of my visit, Bellyama was alone, so I sat at the counter and watched the owner prepare the rice bowl. I waited for it o(^o^)o I received the rice bowl, but first of all, the visuals of the conger eel Tempura are amazing (人´ з`*)♪ The presentation and coloring are very beautiful, and you're really good at it. ☆In addition to Tempura, the tempura has a luxurious lineup of conger eel and sea bream, and the way it is fried is also excellent (^q^) The light taste is good (^з^)-☆ For Mt. Bell, there is also straw-grilled bonito. I'm very curious about it and would like to visit again soon (^^) The color and taste of the straw-grilled bonito is better when it's not covered in too much oil (*-ω-) The owner is very gentle and has a good impression. On the other hand, it was a very satisfying lunch (*>∀<*)

I visited Tsuta again for lunch (*^^*) When it comes to delicious Japanese-style meal lunch on Sunday, the choices are limited, but this one is the best choice, according to Bell Mountain. That's what I think (^.^) For today's lunch menu, I chose the Odawara dried fish set meal after much deliberation (^ー^) I couldn't throw away fried oysters either, so I added fried oysters as a separate item ( ´∀`) Fried oysters The samurai oyster is a large oyster from Okayama, and Bellyama, who calls himself an oyster fryer, was very satisfied (^q^) The way it was fried was just as expected ☆ The dried horse mackerel and cutlass fish were perfectly grilled and delicious, and the lees soup that came with it, The homemade chirimen sansho was also excellent ☆ It went so well with the freshly cooked rice that I had to replace it (*/∀\*) After all, Japanese and Kyoto people want to eat Koyuu lunch. (*´艸`)When I visited, there was only one group, but there was one foreigner who came, and many others with their families. Right now, the part-time worker is taking a break due to an injury, and the general manager had to undergo a one-off surgery, so he left early.
