の姉妹店『サーモンnoodle 京都』が関西に
初出店しましたよ＼(*>▽<)
オープン前のレセプションには
日程が合わなくて参加できませんでしたが
オープン直後に行くことができました(๑•̀∀- )
場所は稲荷駅前で
伏見稲荷大社のすぐ横ですね。
スタイリッシュな店内で
券売機を見てみると麺のラインナップは

【麺メニュー】
◆サーモン担々麺 1,100円(1辛～3辛)
◆白サーモン 930円
◆赤辛サーモン 950円(1辛～MAX辛の5段階)
◆バジルサーモン 1,000円
◆サーモンまぜそば 1,050円
サーモンを感じやすいのは
『白サーモン』かと思うけど、店長イチオシ
『サーモン担担麺』をポチっとな！
ランチセットもあったし
『サーモンめし』も食べるよね〜( ´∀｀ )b
カウンターも空いてましたが
2人掛けのテーブル席に案内されました。
麺は『細麺』と『ちぢれ麺』から選択で
ちぢれ麺にしましたよ。
少しモッチリ感もあって
スープとの相性も良かったですね(◞ꈍ∇ꈍ)◞⋆
具は、生サーモン、レアチャーシュー、
水菜、揚げゴボウ、肉味噌、糸唐菓子と
豪華でバルサミコ酢もかかってたと思います
クリーミーで濃厚な担担麺やったので
サーモンの旨みは感じにくいと思いきや
ちゃんとサーモンの存在が感じられましたね(人´3`)⌒♡
1辛でも辛さと痺れはちゃんとあって
なかなか美味しかったわ( ᵕ̤ૢᴗᵕ̤ૢ )
サーモン好き・担担麺好きは
食べてみる価値のある一杯やと思いますよ(๑´ڡ`๑)
出汁で炊かれた『サーモンめし』は
生鮭や鮭ほぐしが入ってましたねฅ^ω^ฅ
そのまま食べてサーモンの旨味を存分に
楽しんだ後、スープをかけてリゾット風に
しても美味しそうლ(´ڡ`ლ)
そのままで美味しかったので
スープをかけることなく完食してもーたわ(^^ゞ
『フレンチ和え玉』 は様々な味で和えた
替え玉やからそのまま食べることもできるし
スープに投入して食べても美味しいみたいやね。
気にはなったけど『サーモンめし』を食べた
ので今回は諦めました。
