'12.04.19夜訪問
山科駅から歩いて３分程のとこにあります。
某ビジネスホテルのフロントのお兄さんに
「お薦めのお店ありますか？」と聞いた所、こちらを教えて頂きました。
入り口を入るとまずは靴を脱ぎます。
席はカウンターと掘りごたつ式ですかね
テーブル席があります。
平日の夜なのにかなり賑わってました。
人気のあるお店なんでしょうね。
とりあえず生ビールとピリ辛こんにゃく、春野菜の天ぷら、ほたるいかの酢みそ
ピリ辛こんにゃくはかつおぶしとネギがのっててしっかり味も浸みて美味しかったです。
これはおばんざいでカウンターのとこに大皿で盛ってあるのですぐ出てくるのが嬉しいですね。
燗酒になり高坂鶏塩焼き、鯛のあら煮、里いもの柚子味噌
里いもの柚子味噌もおばんざいです。
高坂鶏塩焼きは串焼きにしてしっかり焼いてあり、皮はパリパリ中はジューシーで美味しかったです☆
お店の方はみなさん若くて活気があって良かったです。
中でも店長さんはやっぱりすごいなぁって思ったのは
賑やかな店内で注文もなかなかし辛かったんですが、
ちゃんと声を聞き逃さないでいてくれたのが嬉しかったです(*^.^*)
で、春野菜の天ぷらですが、最後に出てきました。
一番初めに注文したのに一番最後て・・・(笑)
これは実は初めての女の子に教えながら調理してたんですね。
カウンターの目の前が調理場なのでよく見えるんです(^u^)
やる気がある子にはしっかり教えるというこのお店の考え方もなかなかいいんじゃないですかね。
そういう意味では少々料理が遅れても全然OKだと思います。
ええお店でした。
