久しぶりに会う友人と山科での飲み。山科駅近く、ラクト山科の西側の飲食店が並ぶエリアにある「ちょいと。栞屋」さんへ行ってみることに。カウンター席が空いていたので、カウンター席へ。厨房がよく見えます。
まずは生ビールで乾杯。暑い外を歩き回った後だったので、ビールがとっても美味しい。すぐにお代わりです。
お通しはカラフルな野菜の煮こごり。トマトがのっています。
カウンター限定お造り盛り合わせ（小）５種1,080円
カウンター限定でお造り盛り合わせが安いみたいなので、こちらを。鱧、大トロ、カンパチ、鯛、〆鯖の５種。鱧が出てくるのが京都っぽいですね。どれも新鮮で美味しいです。
牛タンのローストビーフ680円
柔らかで肉の旨味がよく分かる牛タンローストビーフ。
とり唐マーボ550円
マーボってあるので、挽肉・唐辛子・花椒などがかかっているのかと思いきや、甘辛ダレでした。でも、ジューシーで柔らかな鶏胸の肉の唐揚げに甘辛ダレは美味しいですね。
酒有夢（さけありてまどろむ）
日本酒もいろいろ置かれているので、飲んだことのない伏見の日本酒「酒有夢」を。辛口ですが香りもしっかりします。
玉川人喰い岩
友人はネーミングのインパクト抜群の「人喰い岩」を。蔵から見える岩にまつわる不気味な伝説に由来するネーミングだそうで、名前とは違って飲みやすい辛口です。
明太子だしまき580円
かなり大きなふんわりとしただしまきで中に明太子が入ってます。
様々な話をしながら遅くまで楽しく飲むことができました。
