お客さんいっぱいにも関わらず、提供スピードがすごく早い。
これも嬉しいところでした。
本日はナマ物の鮮度がいつもよりも良く感じました。
ハツ刺しが物凄く美味しかったです。
ハラミもかなり新鮮なものが入っていたようで、塩タレ両方とも食べてしまいました。
いつも通り、って嬉しいもんですね。
