Grilled Cow tongue with salt sauce 960 yen Weekdays before 12:00. There was no wait in the store, but the number of customers was about 70%. I was thinking of going to a famous udon restaurant nearby, but when I happened to see the sign in front of the restaurant, I suddenly wanted to eat Cow tongue, so I went inside! Moreover, I think it's quite cheap at 960 yen! I sat at the counter and ordered Cow tongue. You can choose large, medium or small size rice, but inside. The rice bowl arrived in about 10 minutes. Cow tongue arrived with a sizzling sound on the iron plate! It looks really delicious! The staff told me, `` Cow tongue itself has some flavor, but you can also enjoy it with grated daikon radish and ponzu sauce,'' so I also enjoyed the grated ponzu sauce. First of all, leave it as is! Green onions on top of Cow tongue, bean sprouts and onions on the bottom? There we will eat together. Delicious crunchy texture and salty sauce! There's a generous 120g of Cow tongue, so you won't be able to stop eating! The grated ponzu sauce is also delicious and easy to eat! I eat about half of it, drink some soup (I think it's tail soup) to cleanse my palate, and then salt the other half with table salt and eat it! This is also delicious! It tastes salty and makes the rice go even better! There may not be many restaurants on the south side of Kyoto Station, but there are definitely some delicious ones! Next is Yakiniku (Grilled meat) lunch. Thank you for the meal.
