This is Suiba's Rakusai Exit store, which is also located in Kawaramachi and Karasuma, Kyoto. Due to its location, it's always empty. It's Standing bar, but you can have a relaxing time. What I order every time is the famous deep-fried crab stick, which is extremely delicious as a B-class gourmet dish. The Rakusaiguchi store's unique feature that other stores don't have is that it offers Fried Skewers. Other, the sashimi and fried horumon udon were all delicious. There is also a wide variety of Japanese sake. It's easy to walk in even by yourself, and since it's inside the station, I think it's a good idea to get off and stop by. Although the prices have gone up a bit from before, it is still a Standing bar with good value for money.
