Unusual kushikatsu such as fluffy rolled eggs and rare mentaiko kushikatsu are popular! Another popular side Side Dishes is the simple homemade potato salad. The beef tendon stew cooked in Kyoto-style soup stock has a flavor that makes you want to drink up all the soup stock. We offer dishes that show the skill of our chefs, such as dishes made with the best ingredients purchased that day, and weekly new menus using seasonal vegetables and fish.
