Food As a Yakiniku (Grilled meat) restaurant, our focus is on the meat itself.
The meat is purchased in bulk using a unique procurement route, and is prepared by hand by our craftsmen in-store. We carefully select the best meat on that day, without fixating on the production area. The meat is not cut by machine, but by hand, and the grain and sinew of the meat are carefully determined. As a result, we can provide our customers with Yakiniku (Grilled meat) that brings out the natural flavor of the meat. We also take care to maintain quality and manage the meat at appropriate temperature and humidity. A roaster is installed at each table, so customers can enjoy their food to the degree of doneness they prefer.

We generally use salt and pepper to season the meat, but we also offer homemade miso-based sauces, pink rock salt, and even wasabi to suit your tastes. The wasabi in particular is made with chopped wasabi stems, giving it a crunchy texture. Loin and skirt steak are popular on Yakiniku (Grilled meat) menu. Other recommended dishes include stone-grilled bibimbap and jjigae Ramen made with homemade soup.
