フードトラックから始めたハンバーガーショップが京都府宇治市六地蔵に固定店舗をオープン
ハンバーガーは「パン」と「肉」。どちらも自家製。お店で毎日手作りしています。
バンズはグラハム粉配合の甘めの配合。コロコロしたフォルムでふんわりしています。パティはビーフ１００％を超粗挽きでつなぎなしプレスするだけのアメリカンスタイル。ハンバーグというより肉そのものの味わい。和牛脂配合で肉の甘みも感じます。
２F客席２７席。大型モニターにて音楽専用チャンネルを配信。オリジナルドリンクも多数あります。
