ココは京都、ＪＲ長岡京駅前にあるショッピングセンター１Ｆの「源輝家」さん
ちょっと前にかき氷でクールダウンしたのですが、長岡京に着くころにはダルダルです。。。
食欲もキビシイ状態でしたが、食べないわけにはいかない。
食べなきゃ、余計に状況は悪くなるはずである。
この度のオーダー
【海鮮桶丼御膳】８８０円
比較的、サッパリしていそうなこちらをチョイス。
御膳の内容ですが、メインの海鮮桶丼にサラダ、お漬物、小鉢、お味噌汁、が付いてきます。
海鮮桶丼の仕上げ方ですが、
１．まずは桶丼に生卵をかけます。
２．わさびを専用のゴマ風味の甘タレに溶きます。
３．このタレを適当量かけて、混ぜます。
４．お椀にとって召し上げれ～
桶丼の具ですが、
少ないながらも、スライスした玉ネギの上に、鮪、鰹、サーモン、蛸、帆立などなどがＯＮ。
店員さんに言われた通り、前述の仕上げ方に従い、卵かけ海鮮丼にしてみました。
まろやかな海鮮丼になりましたが、タレをかけすぎたせいか味が濃すぎて困った。。。
食後にホットコーヒーを頼みましたが、
このコーヒーがなかなかサーブされない。。。１５分は待ちましたでしょうね。
お昼の混雑時ではありますが、この程度のモノはもう少し早くお願いします。
まぁ、居酒屋さんのランチメニューのご紹介でした。
