Food A Steak restaurant where you can enjoy seasonal ingredients and high-quality ingredients.
We purchase and prepare the most delicious ingredients that day. The vegetables used are organic vegetables picked in the morning from Okukaiinji Temple in Nagaokakyo City. Enjoy the freshness and depth of flavor. We use fresh seasonal seafood delivered directly from Hagi Port in Yamaguchi Prefecture and Tosa, Kochi. For the meat, we use "Specially Selected Japanese Kuroge Fillet" from what is thought to be the best production area at the time. Enjoy dishes prepared by our highly skilled chefs that bring out the flavors of the ingredients to their fullest.

We carefully select the highest quality beef and grill it over charcoal until it's juicy. The secret to bringing out the deliciousness is "high heat from a distance." The fat from the meat that falls onto the charcoal during grilling rises as smoke, making Steak even more delicious by smoking the meat. Also, an essential part of our Steak restaurant is our meals made with rice grown in Niigata Uonuma. The rice is cooked in a clay pot for each customer, so you can enjoy fluffy and shiny rice. Enjoy with pickles.
