I called him on Saturday night just before my visit. I visited the store a little late, but they responded politely ^_^ It's tucked away in a residential area off the main street, so you might not notice it! ? It's a hidden gem. The interior of the restaurant is dimly lit and has a calm, adult atmosphere. It was a space where you could spend a relaxing time with a spacious and comfortable seating arrangement. There was one chef and two people in charge of the hall. If you don't make a reservation in advance, you can choose from the 5,500 yen or 7,700 yen course, and if you make a reservation in advance, you can also choose the 11,000 yen selection course. This time, we ordered the 5,500 yen and 7,700 yen courses. The difference was that the 7,700 yen course had two types of fish dishes, and the amount of beef fillet Steak was almost doubled. The course includes: - Avocado wrapped in raw salmon - Firefly squid and potato Ajillo- Sweet potato and foie gras tart - Chinese cabbage and turnip soup topped with ginger espuma - Sauteed cod and grilled milt - Roasted sea urchin and Prosciutto Scallops (7,700 yen course only) ・Beef Steak steak with raspberry sauce and mustard (7,700 yen course has more meat) ・Pistachio parfait ・Coffee or tea *My memory is vague, so there may be slight differences. No ^^; All the dishes were very delicious ⭐︎ The soup was fresh and had a taste I had never had before! For the main fish, the cod was large and voluminous, and the milt was piping hot♪ The scallops topped with grilled sea urchin had an appetizing aroma of grilling. The beef fillet Steak was also tender ^_^ The only thing that bothered me was the dessert. Unfortunately, the pistachio flavor didn't really overwhelm the chocolate mousse on top.
