In addition, the audience seats are Japanese-style tatami mats, and it is not a dug-out type. However, as a consideration for those with poor legs, we also offer high seats. And although we can't say that the exterior and the atmosphere inside the restaurant are superior to major crab restaurants, we thought that we would do what the major restaurants do. It's the hospitality of a small restaurant. If you are a large company, you need to handle the number of dishes during the busy season, so we emphasize work efficiency and cooking speed, but we are very valuable for each group, and since we are open by full reservation, we can prepare everything and serve the food in the best condition. For example, crab sashimi is called "nekashi" by settling the fibers of the crab meat to make it even sweeter and smoother. In this way, we believe that one of the ways to gain the trust of our customers is to cover the weaknesses of the exterior and interior that cannot be matched by major rival restaurants by providing food at a reasonable price with our labor, knowledge, and effort.
