脂が甘くて味噌と合う。ご飯と一緒に食らうとマジでうまい。
脂と味噌、米の三つのコクがお口の中で交差する。

味噌でも美味い鶏。
ホルモン
脂がたっぷり詰まったシマチョウ、マルチョウのミックス。
脂のキャディはまー美味い。

旨味たっぷり、やや分厚め。美味い。
トウガラシ 1500円
脂身少なめで分厚く、こちらも旨味多い。
ツラミに比べて柔らかい。
肉巻きおにぎり 480円
大きさ30×20mm程度、厚さ10mmの肉がのった肉寿司。
脂の少なく柔らかい。うっすら塩味が着いている。
表面をサラッと焼いているだけでほぼレア。
トロトロのお肉は柔らかくて本当に美味しい。
