職場の先輩の誕生日祝いを兼ねて、
津駅チャム屋上のビアガーデン「丸五水産」へ。
貝や海老などの海鮮BBQが楽しめます。
訪問したのは土曜の開店10分前。
既に1組いましたが席数はかなりあるので余裕。
7時頃になっても空席はまだありました。
貝は何種類もありますが､バカ貝が一番美味い。
赤皿貝や生牡蠣のとろける食感も堪らない。
貝はやはりでかいほうが美味いな。
牡蠣は焼くと殻が弾け飛ぶので、
必ずアルミホイルで覆ってください。
ごはんやおかず､デザートもあります。
おかずは串カツ､お好み焼き､唐揚げ､ポテトなど、
子供も喜びそうなものがたくさんありますが、
屋上にある関係で料理は基本冷めてます。
おかずも焼いて食うくらいでちょうどいいです。
唯一焼きそばだけは冷めてても美味かったけど。
あとはデザートのプリンが絶品でした。
値段は飲み放題を含むので最低でも5000円。
酒を飲まない人間にとっては割高ですが、
それでも新鮮な貝を思う存分楽しめるのは有難い。
