今回初めて松坂上陸。
というわけで、松阪牛を食べましょう。
お店は松阪駅から徒歩10分弱の大通り沿いにありました。
でっかい看板が遠くからでもよーく見えるので、迷うことはないですよ。
休日の10時50分ごろ訪問。入って右側が精肉販売スペース、左側が飲食スペースになっていました。
時間が早いのでまだお客さんはパラパラって感じ。
席に案内されてメニュー拝見。いやあ〜、めちゃめちゃ悩みましたわ。
王道のステーキか、リーズナブルにビフカツか、ビーフシチューも気になるなあ・・・。
いずれにしてもせっかく来たので、松阪牛メニューにしよう。
メニューには「松阪牛」「国産黒毛和牛」と明記してあるので、わかりやすいです。あと100g、150gなど量も明記してあっていいですね。
悩み倒して数量限定の「ステーキ丼3294円」を注文しました。〝限定〟の文字にとことん弱いんです〜。
しばらく待って出てきたメニュー。ステーキ丼には味噌汁、香の物、サラダ、出汁巻きがついていました。ボリュームがなかなかですよ。
さっそくステーキ丼を食べてみました。ステーキは赤身で焼き加減はレア。肉の赤い色が眩しいなあ。
ステーキを噛んでみると、軽く切れます。柔らかいなあ。噛むたびに肉の旨みが口の中に広がりましたよ。
肉の良し悪しはわからないアホな舌ですが、旨い肉なのはわかりました。
ステーキの横には茹でにんじんや素揚げレンコン、下にはキャベツ、レタス、水菜がたくさん敷いてありました。そして別盛りでサラダもあり。野菜がしっかり摂れていいですね。
出汁巻きには牛肉のしぐれ煮が載っていました。なんと贅沢な出汁巻きでしょう。
出汁巻きは甘味のあるタイプで好き嫌いが分かれるかもしれませんが、しぐれ煮はいい味してました。
ステーキを大事に大事に食べて完食です。
いやあ旨かったなあ。
肉汁じゅわーを期待する人にはステーキ丼はおすすめしません。
赤身肉の柔らかさや味を堪能したい人にはあすすめですね。
次は肉汁じゅわーな感じのステーキを奮発して食べてみたいなあ。
