食べログ高評価の確認作業
今回はとんかつ百名店である三重県松阪市のとんかつ野崎さんへ！
駐車場も10台以上は停められるので、遠方から来られても◎
日曜日の13時過ぎに伺いましたが、待ちなしで入店出来ました。
せっかくですので、お店イチオシの特選松阪牛牛ヒレカツレツを注文(¥3900)
10分ほどで提供されました。
お米、赤だしも熱々でキャベツは恐らくお店で切っているので新鮮！ポテトサラダも自家製とのことです。
やはり、手仕事感があると美味しいですね
肝心のヒレカツはさすが松阪牛だけあってとっても柔らかく、噛めば噛むほど良質な脂を感じることができます！
これが本当のヒレカツかぁ、、、
某、京都発祥の勝○とはまったく違います
※あちらのお店も好きですが
6切れもありましたので十分に松阪牛を楽しむことが出来ますよ‼️
大将の手仕事万歳
少々、松阪牛の豊富な脂に胃もたれを起こしかけますがこれはこれでとても良しです！
ぜひ、またリピートしたいと思います‼️
