最近人気のもつ鍋☆
もつやホルモンが好きなので、一度本格的なのが食べてみたくて、
雑誌に載ってた「こいさん」に行って来ました。
「こいさん」は創業４５年とのこと。
少し前に新装したそうで、店内はモダンな雰囲気。
テーブル席、カウンター席、２階に座敷があるようです。
もつ鍋の種類は４種類ありました。
→博多もつ鍋（味噌仕立て）
京都祇園もつ鍋（しゃぶしゃぶ仕立て）
元祖もつ鍋（しょうゆ仕立て）
炎のもつ鍋（チゲ仕立て）
〆にご飯や、ラーメン、そばを入れることもできるようです。
私が今回食べたのは、「博多もつ鍋」。
〆の「明太チーズリゾット（？）」が人気ということで、それも食べてみたかったので注文しました。
スープは濃厚で、ホルモンがぷりぷり♪臭みもなくておいしかったです(ﾉ∀`♥)
具の種類は多くなくてシンプル。キャベツやニラなどの野菜や豆腐が入ってます。
ヘルシーでペロッと食べちゃいました！
そして、気になる〆ですが、鍋の具を食べきると、店員さんが鍋を厨房に一旦引き上げて
リゾットを作ってもってきてくれました。
ちょっと味が濃かったけど、チーズが少しこげておいしいー！！
量が少なかったので、もっと食べたかったなぁ( ノω-、）
あと、つきだしで出てきたお料理もおいしかったです。
お造りや揚げ物などのメニューや、本日のメニューもたくさんありました。
お酒の種類も多そうだったので、お酒が好きな方は楽しめそう☆
平日だったけど、次々お客さんが入ってきてにぎわっていたので、予約する方がいいかもです。
でも、予約したときの電話対応がちょっと冷たかったし、その時責任者か担当がいなかったのか、「また後でかけて」って２回言われ、３回目でやっと予約できました(´･ω･｀)
普通なら、３回も電話までする気力がでないところですが、どうしてももつ鍋の気分だったので、
頑張りました（笑）
