松阪とか四日市って、ホンマ美味いものが多い。
かかの掌は三島由紀夫の小説・[潮騒]の舞台となった、鳥羽・神島の食材を使った料理店です。
店内はテーブル席とカウンター席が少しあって、お座敷席がメインな感じです。
神島定食を。
メインはワラサの煮付けでした。
小鉢も充実してます。
魚は毎日神島から送られてくる、とのこと。
鮮度が高く身が引き締まっています。
自分が好きな自然な味付け(薄味め)です。
タコ飯。
ちょい甘めの味付けと、タコのこりこり、美味いです。
ここは知り合いが入院しとる時に初めて行って、そのときから新鮮な魚が食べたくなったタイミングで結構通ってます。
