松阪市の鰻屋さんで最近大失敗をくらい本日はリベンジ！朝から10年振りの「川新うなぎセンター」さんへランチ訪問
11時に到着すると玄関に貼り紙が……
感染状況からテイクアウトのみとの事 T^T
車内で食べると決めてお願いしました
出来上がると車まで特弁当（5切れ）を持って来ていただきました
駐車場で車の中でいただきたいと伝えるとわざわざ、冷たいお茶とお吸い物を運んでいただきました
めちゃくちゃ親切、ありがたい^_^
鰻は皮パリパリ身フワフワでか甘くちのタレはかなり濃いめで旨い！私はもう少し薄味が好みですが地元ファンが多いのもうなずけます

昨日は土用の丑の日津市の鰻屋さんは何処も大行列で賑わっていた様です
日曜日も津市の人気店は朝から大行列の為松阪まで遠征しました^_^
松阪で人気の鰻屋その名も川新うなぎセンターさん
笑 独特のネーミング！
オープン直後に到着すると既に満席寸前！慌てて入店し何とか着席^_^
うな重（特）かば焼き6切をお願いしました
こちらは注文を受けてから鰻を捌きます
しっかり目の焼き加減、身はふわっとしていますタレはかなり濃いめ、肝吸い付きです
美味しくいただきましたが私にはかなり濃い味付けでした ご馳走さまでしたありがとう
