こだわった部位を仕入れて、調理したり、焼いたりしてから出してくれるスタイルで新しいです。自分達で焼かないので、煙も出ないし臭いが気になる方にはいいかもしれません。
味は普通ですね。決して不味くは無い...

創作肉料理が食べれるこの辺でもめずらしいお店です。
