The finished Steak came with horseradish cream sauce, parsley butter, fresh mustard, salt crystals (fleur de sel), and mashed potatoes✨ The wasabi is a high-quality wasabi grain that has a mild spiciness and doesn't get bitter even when you put a lot of it on. The mustard grains were large and had the best bubble-wrapping texture, and I could feel the attention to detail in the ingredients.The parsley butter was delicious even with Yakiniku (Grilled meat) Steak was extremely soft and had a different elegance from Yakiniku. It was delicious ❤️ Perhaps because of my age, I haven't been able to eat a lot of Yakiniku (Grilled meat) lately, so this high-quality Steak was just too delicious.This is a sister restaurant to Mimoki Mimoki of Sake and Cooking Restaurant Iori, and the owner...
