記念日のランチに行きました。
久しぶりのうな勢です。
到着は平日10:55分で、先客8組。
注文は定番の「殿様丼」、妻は「ひつまぶし定食」にしました。
鰻屋さんでも、ここは何時もわりと早め。25分で到着。
「殿様丼」は、大きめの鰻が１匹分入っています。
早速そのまま一口、何時もの味。
うなぎは腹開き、外は香ばしくパリッと焼き上げてあり、中はフンワリ。チョットしょっぱ目のタレが旨い！
ご飯は、ちょい固めでタレのかかり具合が丁度いいです。
やっぱり、いちばん好きな鰻です。
以前は、途中でかける追タレがついてきたんですが、今は無いようです。
（お店からの返信コメントがありました。追いタレは、ご飯にかける用で、店員さんにお願いすればすぐもってきてれるそうです。）
肝吸い付きが嬉しい、味は丁度良い濃さです。
途中でチョット山椒をかけてみましたが、山椒の味しかしなくなるので、そのまま食べるのが鰻の味が一番わかります。臭みが無く美味しい鰻に大満足!
妻の「ひつまぶし定食」は、少な目の櫃まぶし、お刺身、う巻き、ダイヤサラダ、肝吸い、デザート（珈琲ゼリー）。ボリューム満点でお腹がパンパンだそうです。
久しぶりの味に大満足。
今日も美味しくいただきました。
