【旨味の黒タンタン麺】
たっぷりの黒胡麻が浮いて
いますが胡麻ペースト感は
少なく醤油感が強めのサラリ
としたスープは旨味と辛味が
ほど良く、濃厚な味わいで
美味しかったです。
ツルツルで喉越しの良い
太平麺は、ほど良い硬さ。
具はミンチ肉、もやし
豆苗、ねぎ。
辛さはピリ辛程度でしたが
スープの味が好みの美味しい
担々麺でした。
地元の製麺所で、このお店
だけの特注で作ってもらって
いるという太平麺もスープが
絡んで美味しかったです。
【ベーコンたまごチャーハン】
ややしっとり系で、優しめの
味付けのチャーハンで普通に
美味しかったです。
かなりのミニサイズでした。
【鶏カラアゲ&プチデザート】
衣はカリカリ、中はジューシー
で美味しい唐揚げでした。
プチデザートのマンゴープリン
も、普通に美味しかったです。
ボリューム的には、やや少なめ
のBsetでした。

2022年3月末で店内飲食を
終了する事を知り、先日
夜に伺ったところ営業して
いなかったので、この日は
事前に電話で営業確認をし、
開店時間に席のみを予約
して伺いました。
開店時には私を含め4組
居て、11:50くらいには
満席になっていました。
ランチタイムは?2階を
使わないようです。
あと店舗前にある駐車場の
殆どは店員さんが停める
ようですが、近隣のコイン
パーキングの補助サービス
があります。

We had the special clam noodles (900 yen) and the special fluffy and fatty Tianjin rice (900 yen). [Special clam noodles] The soup is made with a chicken bone base, the same sesame paste as the dandan noodles, and butter. The clam broth seeps out of it, and it has a moderate saltiness and richness, making it delicious. The medium-thin noodles are slightly curly and have just the right firmness. The toppings are clams, mitsuba, and chili threads. This is a new specialty Ramen since the restaurant was reborn as Kitchen Rinka. The clam broth is well-balanced, and it is a delicious Ramen with a moderate sesame and butter flavor. It felt a little salty towards the end, but it was still delicious. There were about 15 clams in the bowl. Noodles except the kakemen came with rice or salad. [Special fluffy and fatty Tianjin rice] The fluffy egg was covered with a generous amount of Seafood broth, making it a delicious and beautiful-looking Tianjin rice. It was topped with fried shrimp in a thin batter, which was very plump and delicious. At the end of March, "Shunsai Chinese Rinka," which had been in business for over 20 years, was temporarily closed and reopened as "Kitchen Rinka" under a new business model. When it was Shunsai Chinese, there were staff, but after it became a kitchen, the number of tables on the first floor was reduced and the owner ran the business alone. Initially, it was planned to resume business from Golden Week, but due to poor health, it was closed for about two months. The response after the renovation was delayed, and the current payment method is cash only. Although the owner is the only one running the business, the food was served quickly. I entered the restaurant as soon as it opened, and there were two other customers besides me, but everyone's Noodles were served first, and a few minutes later, the other person's black fried rice and my Tianjin rice were served at the same time, which surprised me. The owner is a chef with 35 years of experience, so it's hard to believe he's been a chef for so long. He looks young, kind, and has a nice personality. Before the temporary closure, there was a sign saying that dine-in service would be discontinued, but it is still possible to dine-in. The restaurant mainly serves lunch, with Noodles and rice dishes, and dinner is only available on Fridays and Saturdays? Only course meals are available by reservation. They also sell bento Bento (boxed lunch) and other "takeaway menus" by reservation only. Also, it was featured on a local cable TV program in May, and until the end of June, if you said you saw it on cable TV, you would receive a "bonus."
