薬膳創作中華
三重県四日市市安島、四日市文化会館の近くにある中華料理店。
この辺では珍しい「薬膳中華」を標榜し、体に良い中華、を謳い文句にしている。
薬膳中華って余り聞かない。私が知る限り、昔名古屋にもお店があった銀座の星福くらいだ。
こんな身近にあるとは・・・・まだまだ勉強不足じゃ（汗）
夜、相方と訪問。当日でも注文可能、という２１００円の彩（いろどり）コースをオーダー。
コースの内容は画像を参照して頂くとして、定番の人気メニューを組み合わせたものだ。
味、盛りつけなどなかなか凝っていておもしろかった。
特にスティック春巻きは秀逸で、こういった演出は、次に何が出てくるか楽しみになりとても良い、と思う。
ミニ担々麺も辛さの調整が可能だ。
一番驚いたのはサービス。
１階は男性ひとりで担当され、団体さんを含めほぼ満席の状態だったが、配膳のタイミングも厨房ときちんと連携が取れており、全てのテーブルの気配りも完璧。素晴らしいサービスでした。
食事のレベルもサービスのレベルも高く、満足のいく内容でした。
料理とは、味もさることながら、盛りつけ、サービスの総合力でおいしいものを更においしく感じさせているのだ、と思う。こちらのお店、再訪確実でお薦めします。

今回はコースではなく一品料理での注文です。

この前のコースは飯物はなく、タンタンメンだったので、飯物は初めて食べましたが、正直がっかりしてしまいました。
あれ？こんな味だったかなぁ・・・・・・！？
この前のコースの味とはかけ離れたものに少し戸惑いすらも感じてしまう。ちょっと薬膳を気にしすぎでは？

I visited again at lunchtime. I ordered "Special fluffy and creamy Tianjin rice" for 900 yen and "Truffle-scented rice Croquette (4 pieces)" for 550 yen. The special fluffy and creamy Tianjin rice looks even better than when I had it before. I wonder if it's okay to have shrimp at this price, but it's a very excellent Tianjin rice in terms of taste and appearance. It's so delicate that I want to call it Chinese Omelette Rice. The truffle-scented rice Croquette is excellent in that the takeaway is only fragrant and does not interfere with the overall taste. It says that they will only be open for takeout, but they continue to serve food and drinks inside the restaurant. The advance information said that the owner was the only one running the restaurant, but there were staff members there. I visited the restaurant about three times when it was "Shunsai Chuka Rinka", but I felt that the taste had deteriorated by the third time and became estranged (I did not review the third time). This time, I visited for the first time in a while and felt that the taste had returned to normal. It was good.
