近鉄四日市駅近くのスペイン料理のお店「コシーナシエスタ（COCINA Siesta）」で食事。
ハンドルキーパーの私はドン・シモンというノンアルコールワインを注文。シェフがスライスしてくれるおすすめのイベリコ豚の生ハムはやわらかな甘さのある旨味が美味しかったです。
タパス６種盛り合わせは、豆アジのエスカベッチェ、いろいろ茸のアドボ、無農薬ニンジンのマリネ、４種豆のチリチリビーン、さつまいもとリンゴのロースト、ゴボウと蓮根と鶏肉のロースト。マリネとチリビーンは単品追加しようかと思いました。
海老とキノコのアヒージョは海老と塩気の効いた茸がバケットに合うし、鶏ささ身のフリットはフワフワのささ身にフルーティーなチリソースでさっぱりいただけます。
追加した生ハムのコロッケは、生ハムを削った最後の骨の周りの肉を使ってるというクリームコロッケ。無限にいけそうです。
デザートには、ブームになる５年前からメニューにしていたという作り方にもこだわりのバスクチーズケーキと濃厚なショコラテリーヌ。２つで塩気と甘さのバランスがちょうど取れてウマウマでした。
シェフをはじめ、お店のみなさんはフレンドリーで楽しい方ばかり。デザートはパティシエのお嬢さんが作っているそうです。
シェフ、コーヒーと紅茶ごちそうさまでした。
四日市に行った時はリピ確定です。
