四日市駅からほど近くにある雰囲気のいい居酒屋さんです。
完全個室系で雰囲気が良くて、こんなお店今まで知りませんでした！
木目調の店内がすごくおしゃれでしたね。
ページの写真もすごくきれいでおしゃれな感じでした。
これは期待できます。
早速料理を注文してみます。
まずはサラダ、ってことで生ハムと旬菜のサラダ。
うーん、フレッシュ！生ハムって野菜と合いますよね。
そしてお刺身三種盛り。
炙りタイ、サーモン、マグロというラインナップ。
ドライアイスでの演出があったり、ネタの食べ方を説明してくれるのがとてもよかったですね。
味はもちろん最高に美味しかった！
若鶏の塩麹焼き。
これはもうたまらなかったですね。塩麹も大好きなんですが、
それがまた好きな鶏と相まってやわらかくてほっぺた落ちそうでした。
これは次も絶対食べる！
国産牛の炙り肉寿司。
イチオシのメニューで目の前で店員さんが炙ってくれます。
口に入れた瞬間程よく溶けてわさびと一緒に食べるとより美味しかったです！
これは見ごたえもあったし、何より味もよかったですねー。
というわけで普通の居酒屋サンかなっと思ってふらっと立ち寄ってみましたが、
かなりこだわりのあるというか、雰囲気のよいとてもいい居酒屋さんでした。
これはリピート確定です。また訪れます！
