It's been a while since I've been to Yokkaichi. I couldn't get through to the sashimi restaurant I used to go to by phone (it only sells natural products, so it's open irregularly), so I decided to look for a new one! Exploring further and further away from Kintetsu Yokkaichi Station.The 2nd floor of a building in a back alley near Suwa Park.It's a modern store on one floor, but there are various types of table seats on different heights, as well as a few counter seats. The concept is Japanese-style meal + Italian Cuisine. Immediately after the restaurant opened, there were about two groups of customers and an old man was seated alone at a table. Beer for now! The protrusions are potato and shrimp pudding.It tastes so fashionable! Get a second helping of your favorite Premol fragrant ale! Next, we have white wine on the menu.There are almost no glasses available, so I recommend the house wine.When I ask my sister for wine, I choose carpaccio because it's white wine.If you're worried about how much you want, half is OK! Because of this, I ordered the Iron Tiger Luxury Carpaccio and half salad salad! The carpaccio is delicious with 4 kinds of fish, octopus, and white wine! While refilling my white wine, I ordered rare tuna cutlet and Japanese-style bean paste with tartar sauce. The white wine is not the sweet type that I was worried about, but the type that goes well with a refreshing meal.The rare tuna cutlet has a slight curry flavor after being fried.It's delicious on its own with tartar sauce, and even when layered with Japanese-style red bean paste, it's a cruune! It's delicious! I finished my third glass of white wine and moved on to red wine. Looking at the whimsical menu, I thought, Matsusaka beef Marushin? Oh, it's lean! I asked if this was good. Lately, I think it's getting harder to eat fatty meat with sashimi... I ran out of red wine while I was waiting, so I asked for a refill, and the set came with Marushinga. It's here! Oh! The meat is lean and quite thick, and the soy sauce-based sauce and wasabi are delicious! It's soft, but when you bite into it, the deliciousness spreads as the wine progresses and you eat the meat again! The wine goes on (lol) I think I drank about 4 glasses of red wine? When I happened to look, the restaurant was almost full. There were about 10 people in groups at the table in the distance. Most of the tables had 2 to 4 people, and the only lonely guy was an old man (lol) Western Cuisine with Japanese elements is a favorite. I think.
