添加物なしの自然農法の食材を使うお店があると聞いてやって来ました。時々ハスの花を見に行く穴虫の郷の近くでした。
入店すると、内部はすべて木材で造られた山小屋風。天井、床、壁、すべて木です。

店主さんは管理栄養士で、栄養バランスのいいランチを頂くことができます。
食材にも拘られています。
糖質制限、たんぱく制限、カリウム制限、塩分制限等を行っている方も相談...
ヤシの木ランチ食べました。女性はちょうど良い量で、ヘルシーな感じで美味しかったです。
