コロナ禍真っ只中の2020年9月10日にオープンしたお店デス
お刺身の鮮度と活かし方が抜群で、料理のセンスと味付け、盛り付けに至るまで居酒屋のレベルでいうと最高峰❣️
入口を開けると右手にカウンターのオープンキッチンがあり、左手にコの字型のテーブル席が2席、トイレの手前を右側に曲がった奥に地元の人たちが集う集会場みたいな座敷の席があります。
ちょっとサモア系な強面な大将ですが、料理を作りながらでも気さくに話しかけてくれるあたたかい料理人です。
オープンしてからかなりの頻度で通ってますが、毎回オモシロい料理を出してくれたり、その日に入った希少な食材を教えてくれたり、お客さん達もみんな友だちみたいなアットホームさで、すぐに仲良くなれる素敵なお店

彩鮮やかなお刺身の盛り合わせに、イカが入った葱ぬた、大ぶりの岩牡蠣をいただきました。
いつもながら、素晴らしいお料理でした。
