木曽三川うなぎという桑名なブランドうなぎを食べられる、
近隣では有名なうなぎ店。
昼は2000円台からうなぎを食べる事が出来、
コスパ面も結構良いです。
昼の訪問。
開店15分前に凸、
すでに数組が店内で待機。
テイクアウトもあります。
お店はボックス席の他、
一人でも入りやすい席も用意されています。
特上まぶしを注文、4800円。
たまにしか来られないのでここは奮発。
注文が入ってから
うなぎを割いてそのまま備長炭で焼き上げる「地焼き」スタイル。
うなぎの香ばしい香りがたまらない。
20分程でうなぎ到着。
表面がパリっと中はふわっと焼かれた絶品うなぎ。
脂はしっかり乗っていて旨みだけがあり、
余計な雑味などが無いとても美味しいうなぎ。
50年以上継ぎ足しているという秘伝タレは、
溜まり醤油が利いたやや濃いめの塩梅でごはんが進みます。良い照りが出ている。
ごはんも地元桑名のお米マイスターがうなぎ用に用意した国産米オリジナルブレンドとの事で、
私みたいなすぐ米がアレだと言い出す輩でも美味しく食べられるお米です。
ひつまぶしといえばお茶漬け、
うなぎとわさびとネギを入れて出汁を入れれば絶品茶漬けの完成。
出汁は薄口で余計な主張をして来ない。
これは本当に贅沢な味変です。
出汁と薬味はおかわり可能。
上品な仕上がりの肝吸いも美味しい。
やはりうなぎには肝吸いですね。
デザートのパインも地味に美味しかった気がしました。
味はもちろんコスパ面でも納得な最高の鰻店だと思います。
