土日祝の夜営業は予約のみの2部制。
当日予約でしたが何とか予約が取れました。
新城さん
わたしが若かりし頃、桑名市和泉の魚城さんが
桑名市役所東（海側）に鰻専門店を新規開店。
その後大人気店になりお店を拡張されてます。
入店すると焼いた鰻の香ばしいニオイが…
この時点で期待は膨らみまくります。
配膳はお客さんのオーダーが揃ったところで
一気に配膳されてる感じ。
さて、運ばれましたうなぎ丼（4切れ・3100円）
（肝吸い変更＋100円)
でか目のうなぎが丼に所狭しと乗っかっています。
ツヤツヤの照りがたまらなく美味しそう。

非常に好みですが、何せ塩っぱすぎて…

私のバカ舌では感じない。
熱燗と一緒にうなぎ丼を頂いたお父ちゃんは
別に塩っぱくない。うまいぞ。って…
わたし的にはお酒が無いと食べ切れないほどの
塩辛いうなぎ…（と、言っても完食しましたが。)
新城さんのうなぎって
もっと甘くてふわっと食べごたえあったような…
本日体調のせいか…
たまたま塩辛いうなぎに感じたのかな…
久しぶりに頂いた新城さんのうなぎは
味の印象が以前と変わったような。
想定のお味とイメージがかけ離れ過ぎてて
う〜ん不完全燃焼…
