久しぶりに来ました。
桑名では老舗に入る居酒屋さんですかね。
入り口はでっかい樽、その横を通り抜けると中庭があり入り口がある！ 中庭じゃないかな…（≧∇≦）
入り口を入ると直ぐに鮎を焼く台がありこれがココのウリかなぁ！
じっくり遠火で焼き上げる川魚はゆっくりと水分が抜け、簡単に言えば干物と焼き魚の間！
旨味が凝縮され身は干物ほど硬くなくフレッシュ感がのこりホクホク！
じっくり焼く田舎では川魚を竹串にさして平気で2,3時間 焼き続けている。
ココがどれだけ焼いているのかは不明ですが。
さてココは魚も美味いし、十四代が置いてあることでも有名だけれども…飲むのを忘れてしまった(T ^ T)
