酒菜料理 吟さん。2度目の訪問。
予約無しの飛び込みで3度ほど振られています。
本日は予約しお父ちゃんと。やっと再訪出来ました。
入店すると、テーブル席は満席。
カウンターにも先客さん。流行っています。
やや高級感ある静かな店内。
ゆるりとお酒とお料理と楽しい時間を過ごせますね。
お通しの後、とりあえずでおまかせ料理の
酒菜セット（お造り・焼物・揚物）オーダー。
刺身が甘くて旨いです。
9切れの刺身。お父ちゃんと取り合いジャンケンポン。
付け合せのワカメまでおいしく頂けました。
焼物は鰆（だったかな？）西京焼と桑名産蛤。
蛤の火入れが素晴らしく縮み殆ど無し。絶妙。
揚物の海老天。海老の甘みが違います。海老天旨し！
レギュラーメニューに海老天盛合せがあるのも納得。
お父ちゃんの〆は大将お手製の手打蕎麦。
蕎麦つゆが私たちには少し薄味だったけど〆ですもの。
サラっとツルっとで良いですね。
こちらの大将。私の昔っからの友人。
普通の家庭から料理人の道へ進まれ
桑名市江場に味嶋屋さんを創業。
後にこの地へ吟さんを新築開店。
大将が桑名駅前にお店を構えられた時、
昔から知ってる友人として本当に嬉しかった。

お父ちゃん、吟さんを益々気に入った様子。
大学の先輩が来桑された際、吟さんでサシ飲みしたいと。
私もコロナ明けの女子会候補のお店にしよう。
