極王天津麺（748円）を頂きました。
麺は硬めでオーダー。
昆布・鰹・イワシ煮干・サバ節
を使用したという出汁に玉子を
とじた餡状のスープは生姜風味
がする塩味で、まずまず。
北海道産小麦粉を使用した
ほぼストレートの中細麺は
少し柔らかめ。
具は海老、カニカマ、キクラゲ
入りの玉子焼き、ねぎ。
2月の限定メニューです。
あっさりとした味わいの天津麺
でした。
餡かけというよりスープ自体が
とろみのある餡のような感じに
なっていて麺によく絡みます。
麺を食べ終えたらスープは少し
しか残らなかったです。
麺硬めでオーダーしましたが
私的には少し柔らかめでしたね。
こちらの店舗は初訪問です。
レギュラーメニューの普通の
天津麺目的で行ったのですが
この日から限定販売開始されて
いた極王天津麺がメニューに
あったので迷わず、注文して
しまいました。
私的には醤油ベースの普通の
天津麺の方が断然好みです。
