王将の基本の味付けって悪くないと思うの
しかし大型チェーン店の宿命として作り手による味のバラ付きは仕方ない
野菜の切り方一つ、些細な手間の一つで味は変わる
ちゃんとしたシェフが作った王将メニューってかなり美味しいんだろうなあ
五目あんかけラーメンのBセットを頂いた
ここの店舗って野菜の切り方が素人レベルなんだよね
食材ではなくくず野菜みたい、口触りが悪い
基本の味は悪くないのだが作り手が稚拙なのが残念
