長女が大好きな「桑名の蛤」。
一番いい時期に日の出さんに行く事は、かなり高いハードル。
と言う事で、こちらの「蛤一択」さんに長女を連れて行ってみました。
こちらのお店、オープン4年だそうですが、最近は評判が良く、名前も知れ渡って来たようです。
場所は1号線沿い。
桑名の名料亭が集まっている地区では無く、桑名駅近くにお店はあります。
道路向かいの駐車場（コインパーキング）に車を停め、予約時間に入店です。
確か、時間厳守だった気がします。
コースは1種類のみ。
金額は11,000円となっていますが、価格高騰の為、少し不透明な感じです。
料理は、名前のとおり「蛤」一本勝負。
三重県桑名産天然蛤のフルコースのみです。
このへんの拘りが、ボンパパ的には好きですね～。
店内は全個室的な感じ。
接待にも使えます。
■先付6種
チョットしたおつまみ系の料理です。
■焼き蛤 5粒
大きさが少し小さめと言う事で、通常より一粒多めにしているそうです。
プリプリ感が良いですね～。流石に桑名の蛤専門店、美味しいです。
何もつけずそのままで、柚子胡椒で、バターを載せて。
どれも美味いです。
■蛤の磯部揚げ シシトウ
これもかなり美味いです。
■時雨煮
■蛤のシャブシャブ ６粒
二回に分けて提供してくれます。
ご主人？自ら目の前で調理してくれます。
ジューシーで美味いです。
蛤エキスがジュワッと出るところが「桑名の蛤」の特徴です。
■蛤出汁の葛切り
これもご主人と思われる方が自ら調理してくれます。
なかなかイケます。
■豆腐と野菜
■〆の選択
〆の料理は選択制です。
全員がバラバラで注文できるところがありがたいですね。
ワタクシは定番の雑炊、ワイフはにゅう麺、長女はきしめん、を。
蛤が一粒ついています。
あと、玉子も一つ入ってます。
やはり、美味いです！
■大内山の濃厚バニラ
品数は少なめですが、程よくお腹いっぱいに。
ボンパパ的には、なかなか満足度の高い蛤コースでした。
が・・・、
蛤大好きっこの長女によると、
「濃厚さがイマイチ」との答え。
ん？
そうかな～？？？
本人曰く、日の出さんとはやはり大きな差があるそうです。
一に日の出、二が無くて、三がここのお店！
らしいです。
と長女は言ってましたが、価格も控えめでなかなか良いお店。
ワタクシ的にはお勧め店にしておきます。
蛤が有名な桑名と言えども、美味しい蛤を提供してくれるお店は極わずか。
その中の一店に入るお店。
サービスも良いので、機会があれば是非！
