初めて蛤のお刺身を食べました！
貝の味の邪魔をしないように、お醤油はスポイトでちょっとだけ垂らして。
美味しすぎ！感激です！
焼き蛤も蛤のしゃぶしゃぶも、ぷくぷく、ちゅるんちゅるんで火加減が最高！
蛤の磯辺揚げは、揚げているのにしっとりしてて、宮古島産 雪塩の新雪のような細かい塩が合う！
釜飯としゃぶしゃぶ、〆の雑炊は、蛤の出汁が体に染み渡ります！
葛切りがこんなに美味しいなんて、知りませんでした。
もう全てが美味しいし、釜飯やしゃぶしゃぶを店主が自らよそってくれて、本当に贅沢な時間を過ごさせて頂きました。
