アクアイグニスの系列店のお蕎麦屋さん。
ご主人は、大阪市の蕎麦の名店「なにわ翁」で修行した方です。スタイリッシュな店内はとても明るく良い雰囲気です。
メニュー豊富です。その中には定番のざるそばや季節のざるそば、鴨ざる蕎麦などさまざまな蕎麦料理があります。店主自ら製粉した香り高い二八蕎麦を使用し、手打ちされています。特におすすめのメニューは、二種類のざる蕎麦で、一枚目は端正な二八蕎麦、二枚目は甘皮や荒目の粉を織り交ぜた挽きぐるみです。鴨ざる蕎麦も人気で、厚めにスライスされた国産鴨のうまみを存分に楽しめます。
季節ごとには、牡蠣のつけそばや新鮮な湯葉を使用した湯葉ざる蕎麦など、旬の食材を使った特別なメニューも楽しめます。さらに、一品料理も充実しており、鴨のうま煮や焼きみそなど、蕎麦と一緒に楽しむことができます。
