三重県伊勢市に美味しい餃子を出すお店があると聞いていましたが、蓋を開けてみたら日本トップ級の美味しさと中毒性のあるお店でした。
この日は週末の夜だったので、かなりの人数が待っており、2時間近く待ちました。
餃子は厚めでひだが一枚しかない皮が特徴です。中の餡は最初は薄味？と思いきや、食べ進めていくうちに、餡の中の旨味と野菜の味、しっかりと味が染みているお肉が合わさって箸が止まらなくなります。美味しすぎて、各地のトップの餃子と肩を張れる逸品ですね。
唐揚げもしっかりと作られていてこちらも美味しい。ビールと餃子と唐揚げでまさに優勝できるお店。待つ価値はあります。
