2019年の４月の週末に
初伊勢市の夜に選んだのは、『倭庵 黒石』さん。
18時に予約済み、伊勢市駅のタクシー乗り場から出発。
あいにくの雨です。
目的地を告げると、予約してるのか聞かれた。
予約しないと、運が良くないといっぱいで入れない大人気のお店みたい。
お店の中に入ると、入り口からすでに混んでる。
団体のお客さんの後ろで待っていると、国宝さんですかと店員さん。
え〜、よく分かったね。
なんとなくうれしいね。
カウンターにご案内。
伊勢海老が水槽にいっぱい。
注文したのは、とらふぐCコース。
湯引、てっさ、白子入りてっちり、塩焼、唐揚、白子焼、
白子天ぷら、にぎり寿司、雑炊、デザートとたっぷり。
どれも美味しいんだけど、すべての感想を言ってたらきりが無い。
すべて美味しいのは間違いないし。
素晴らしかったのは、まず唐揚。
衣は、某有名外資系鶏唐店のような感じ。
衣だけでもお酒も、ご飯もイケルんじゃないかな。
もちろん、旨味は鳥の唐揚げの比では無い（個人の感想です）
フグの旨味が、衣の中にギッチリ詰まってます。
も一つは、白子焼
焼けた皮の弾力が、噛むたびに皮から旨味ががぁ〜、最高。
もちろん、皮の中のとろーり白子ちゃんも濃厚でクリーミー。
焼いたことで水分が抜けて、ギュッと濃厚に。
自分にとっては、これが今日の最高の一品。
もひとつ、デザート。
このクオリティって、普通ないよ。
美味しいのはもちろんなんだけど、見た目がいいよ。
人気カフェとかで出てきそうな感じ。
パティシエもいるのかな(^O^)
伊勢の夜は、最高でした。
