友人とお伊勢さんに出かけました。お伊勢さんと言えば、伊勢海老ですね。
こちらは、脱皮したての伊勢海老が味わえることで有名なようです。
今回は、それはかなわず、普通の伊勢海老でしたが。
場所はちょっと町中から離れています。バスをうまく使えば、何とかなりますが、
まあ、タクシーで行くのがいいかもしれません。
人数がいたので、個室に案内されました。店内には、水槽があって、伊勢海老がいっぱいいます。
お料理はコースでお願いしました。お造りなどの前菜の後は、メインの伊勢海老尽くしです。
★お造り
まあ、今まで水槽にいたので、当然生きています。なかなか元気。活き造りにはあまり興味はないのですが、
このお造りは、甘みがあってすごくおいしかったです。本体はこの後出てきます。
★バター焼き
これは絶品ですね。本当に上手に料理されています。こんなに美味しい伊勢海老は初めてでした。
★塩焼き
先ほどのお造りの半身です。あまり食べるところはないのですが、美味しくいただきました。
★赤だし
さらに残りの半身です。出汁がよく出てて美味しいですね。
〆は、天むすではなく、天ぷらを巻いた、天巻きです。これがなかなかおいしいですね。
伊勢海老って、ゴージャスなだけで、そんなにおいしいと思っていなかったのですが、
こちらの伊勢海老料理は本当においしかったです。また機会があったら行きたいですね。
