連れさんがどうしても「幻の脱皮伊勢海老」を食べるんだ！と騒ぐので我々は素直に従いこちらに。ま、フグとか牡蠣とかあるし、下々の我々は程度にやりましょう！
まず最初に脱皮したての伊勢海老とその脱皮した抜け殻をみせてもらい。脱皮したての伊勢海老はプニプニで驚きと期待が膨らみまくります！こちら、一匹¥14000。
お刺身盛り合わせ特上¥2200。
牡蠣バター¥1600ぐらい？
松坂牛¥3200ぐらい？
結論。
お刺身のクオリティは正直どうなんだろか？久しぶりに「え？」となりましたので残念です。3人前たのんで¥6600以上にしたのですが、トラフグの刺身？が乗ってるからでしょうか。たのネタは先週いった築地とは雲泥の差で昨今のチェーン居酒屋さんでもなかなか見かけない盛り付けとクオリティ。びっくり。
牡蠣バターもなんでしょうか。季節ではないとはいえガリガリに焼かれたものにバターを回しかけたらよーな一品。揚げてるのかもしれません。それか、伊勢の牡蠣バターがそういうものならば自身の口には合わなかっただけで、小田保や四谷たけだのがフツーに自身には美味しく感じれただけなのでしょう。
嫌な予感がしたので、松坂牛は「レアで」と2回お願いしたのですが、、、外をしっかり焼いてベンチしないで持ってきてもらいたかったのに。。。
あ。
幻の脱皮伊勢海老。ホントに見せてもらった伊勢海老かどうかも怪しいぐらいにグチャグチャのガリガリに焼かれてました。スナック？それにバターが回しかけられてるよーな。。。連れさんは無言のまま2万円とりだして、一言「出るよ？タクシーよんで」と。
酒代もこみで¥40000。観光客だからかな。
志摩はホントによかったけど、伊勢市は、、、なんだかがっかり。
