I suddenly had something to do to go to Ise, so I made a reservation for dinner. The store I wanted to go to was fully booked, so I made a reservation at another highly rated restaurant. When I called to make a reservation, I was told that if the restaurant gets crowded, there will be a delay in the delivery of food, so I would like to keep my order in advance, so I ordered some sashimi etc. first. When the time came and I went to the store, there were quite a few customers. I realized again that it is a popular store. As soon as I was seated, the food I had ordered came out right away. But...the sashimi was made first and stored in the refrigerator. Sashimi eaten at a restaurant that prides itself on fish. I wish I had at least seen the customer's face before making it. The sashimi also lacked freshness. The other dishes were mediocre. The sashimi was disappointing.
