今日は夕飯に「若松屋」のかまぼこ類を買ってきました。
「ひりょうず」とは、関東名で「がんもどき」のこと。
健康素材、具沢山、たっぷり野菜がギュッと練りこまれています。
表面だけを香ばしい薫りで揚げて、中は魚のすり身にたっぷり野菜のサッパリ味！！
どの素材も、素朴なものばかりです。
ですが、組み合わせて食べることで、味を引き出し合います。
紅生姜天・青海苔天・ゴボウ天・枝豆天・さつま天・たこ棒等。
箸でも切れて、少し歯ごたえが残る食感が若松屋の伊勢はんぺいの特徴
お召し上がり方はさまざまですが、まずはそのまましょうゆでお味見。
とっても上品な味わいで、魚のうまみが生きていることが伝わってきます。
どれも美味しく頂きました。
