三重県の親父さんが日曜の昼に行こうと画策していた
『漣（さざなみ）』
開きエビフライ定食が名物らしい。
すごく行列が出来るとの話。
割と近い伊勢店はランチ営業無し。
鳥羽店は紀勢町から遠いということで断念する。
ただ、この開きエビフライ定食、
「他の店に同じ品がある事を思い出した！」
と親父がこのお店へと車を走らせた。

日曜日10:55頃、お店前の駐車場に到着。
前は満車となった。
しかし裏にも広い駐車場がある。
帰る頃、11:30頃にはボチボチ混んできた。
このお店も混みそうな雰囲気。
10:30から営業らしい。
お店に入店する。
既にお座敷は満席で、
「テーブル席でもよろしいですか？」
とおばちゃんの店員さんが話された。
「良いですよ」
と答えてテーブル席に座る。
メニューを拝見する。
結構な金額のコース料理が並んでいる。
しかし目的は一択！
●エビフライ定食3枚（大）2,200円
を注文する。
エビフライ定食は注文から16分後に提供された。

大きいエビが開かれた状態でフライされている。
これは、あのお店の見た目と全く一緒！
自家製のタルタルソースを付けて頂いた。
海老の弾力が結構あるねぇ。
これは好みな感じ。
海老自体も良い感じ。
親父さんも言っていたけれど、
「これ、ソース掛けてタルタル付けると美味しいな。タルタルだけだとなんか物足りんのう」
と話していた。
親父の言う通りにしてみたら、なかなか美味しい！
しかも海老3匹あったのでシッカリと海老を堪能出来た！
ありがたい！
○お味噌汁
アオサのお味噌汁。
これは作り置きであってもアオサの味わいが味噌汁にも移るので、濃さもよく美味しかった。
支払いは現金の他、PayPayが使用出来る。
親父さんが奢ってくれた。
ありがたい。
入店時の服装は私服、マスク。
対応はおばちゃんの店員さん。
親切丁寧で感じが良かった。
美味しいエビフライと気分の良い対応を、ありがとうございました！
